Board of Directors Profile

William Clark

Membership Co-Chair
William (Bill) Clark first joined ConnectiCOSH as a seriously injured worker who was medically retired after a series of injuries as a Cable Repair Technician of ATT/SBC/SNET left him permanently disabled. He became a vocal advocate for other injured workers as he focused on fighting the many difficulties inherent in the Workers Compensation system such as the lack of injury reporting, issues obtaining medical care, rehabilitation and retraining as well as the complexity of navigating long term injury medication management protocols and the associated personal life difficulties. Bill has assisted in a variety of ConnectiCOSH projects and has also been the mastermind behind some of them such as the well-received Scholarship Essay Contest for the 100th Commemoration of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire.
